Payment Information

Your stories, answers, and photos are sent to AI providers (Anthropic and/or OpenAI) to generate personalized book content. These providers process your data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use your content to train AI models. Your personal stories are used solely to generate your book.

Your photos and generated book content are stored on secure servers. We use encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and follow industry-standard security practices. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with:

  • AI Providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) — to generate your book content
  • Stripe — to process payments
  • Google — if you use Google Sign-In for authentication

We retain your account data and book content for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
